Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
Applications are not processed until ALL associated guarantors for a group have applied.
Before You Apply;
Guarantors To Apply;
- Click the "Apply Now" button on the listing page on our website. This link will redirect you to the Guarantor application form on Apartments.com.
- Fill in required information on Apartments.com and $30 processing fee and submit the form after completion.
Tenants Intake Email:
- All Tenants to be named on the Lease should send an email directly to fmtrust777@gmail.com including the following information;
The email subject: "Application Docs for (Property Name)"
- Two forms of Government Issued Photo ID (Ie; Valid Passport, Driver's License, State ID, Student ID)
- Personal Contact information, Phone Number, Email, and Vehicle Information (Make, Model, Plate).
- (Suggested but not required) A brief description of who you are, what you are studying, what year of school you are in, your hobbies and any extra-curricular activities, employment info if currently employed, contact numbers for professional references, why you are interested in renting off-campus and why we should select your application over any other prospective tenants.

Applicant may not meet approval criteria due to;
You can expect the application process to take 3-5 business days.
What if some Guarantors applications are approved but one or more others are not? We will reach out to the tenant(s) whose Guarantor application were not approved and ask them to find a supplemental Guarantor to cosign. Until then, the application will sit in 'pending' status and other groups applications may be considered.
If your group is Approved, you will have 48 hours to accept the Lease offered. To accept the offered Lease, you and your guarantors will be invited via email to connect with us as Tenants on apartments.com. The Lease Agreement will be sent out to guarantors via DocuSign for E-Signature at that time. The deposit and any additional move-in costs will be available as well for submission on apartments.com.
Until the security deposit has been submitted and the Lease has been E-Signed by all Guarantors, the apartment will remain listed for rent and Landlord may continue to process other applicants at their discretion. **
After all of the above is complete, Tenants need to schedule a physical Lease Signing date for the occupants of the property to come into our office and physically execute the lease document by signing next to their corresponding Guarantors names. The Lease Signing meeting will take about an hour to complete.
Prior to all Tenants moving in, we do require a "Home Orientation" meeting which is often done on move-in day. This meeting takes about 20 minutes, and all Tenants must attend. We will walk through the property together and document the condition at this time. We will go over important topics and any questions you may have before settling into your new rental.
Keys for the property will be made available at or after 12:00pm on the Lease Start Date.
