Over twenty-five years ago, Ms. Fotini Martin began purchasing property in the Storrs Mansfield area with a dream of providing university students with superior accommodations while they studied away from home. In this wonderfully scenic, rural setting, her daughter and granddaughter continue to pursue her vision by offering fully furnished homes and apartments, as well as artists studios and storage in the immediate vicinity of UCONN and ECSU.

We strive for quality and comfort and aim to give our tenants the best possible experience during their stay with us. As a core value, our rentals are designed to be as eco-friendly and "Smart" as possible. Each property includes LED bulbs, Access to Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and Smart Thermostats for added comfort control. As technology develops, we are constantly looking for ways to improve and integrate the best features we can offer in our rentals to give our tenants the best.
